What you’ll do

• Conduct the conception, preparation, testing, processing and documentation of tasks/ sub-projects/ projects in the specialist area (technical installations)
• Participate in the creation/ updating of the building specifications (BBS) for branch construction and relevant building guidelines
• Conduct/ participate in negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers regarding the targeted purchase of selected construction products (framework agreements/ condition agreements)
• Cost-optimize negotiation of framework agreements for construction-related services / maintenance services
• Conduct the tendering, contacting and advising of general and specialist planners on the planning of central warehouses in consultation with the Head of Construction
• Supervise construction projects during the construction phase (implementation of the construction and functional description and other specifications, participation in construction meetings)
• Take an active part in the Construction acceptance and preparation of an acceptance report in cooperation with the Head of Construction and Handover to the company (coordinate instruction/training of technical equipment, handover of keys, maintenance contracts).

What you’ll need

• University Degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 2 years of professional and project experience 
• Driving license (active driver)
• Fluent in Macedonian and English; German is an advantage
• Assertiveness, reliability, and performance-oriented way of working
• Solid communications and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

•Mobility for training abroad for approx. 1-3 months
