What you’ll do  

• Data collection, archive maintenance and filing, in particular analytical reports, supplier audits and official complaints
• Processing incoming product-related customer concerns (food, non-food, fruit and vegetables; including online) including regular reporting, customer feedback and compensation
• Requesting documents and information from suppliers for the creation of department-specific documentation (e.g. statements, complaints, etc.)
• Analytics (sample planning, shipping)
• Audits (supplier production sites)
• Internal and external consumer tastings and internal expert tastings
• Quality control of meat, fish, wine or other product groups
• Checking declarations and equipment with regards to compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and fulfillment of consumer expectations
• Communication with suppliers, packaging managers, purchasing managers and other areas of quality assurance
• Creation of key figures, evaluations and statistics
• Ensuring translation and checking declarations regarding compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and fulfillment of consumer expectations

What you'll need

• University degree – BA in Technology, Agriculture and Food, or other relevant Natural Sciences faculties
• Previous work experience in Food industry: mainly in technological processes, FSQ standards and certifications (preferably IFS), experience in the process of FSQM and certification audits
• Fluent Macedonian and English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and go on occasional business trips
• Quality awareness and addressing the needs of internal/external customers  
• Driving license B category – active driver

* Mobility for training abroad of approx. 3 months
