What you’ll do

•    Obtain and maintain supplier and item master data, and supplier offers
•    Support purchasing managers in order confirmation processing and document negotiation results
•    Support purchasing managers in obtaining and checking order confirmations
•    Maintenance of purchase prices, sales prices, qualities, and order status of F&V/F&P items in the merchandise management system
•    Record promotional prices in the merchandise management system
•    Ensure ongoing communication and coordination with the departments in purchasing, goods processing, and clarification of problems
•    Clarify invoice differences and process official inquiries, and complaints
•    Ensure ongoing communication with the interface areas of suppliers, warehouse companies, invoice verification, QA, packaging management, sales, logistics, advertising, etc.
•    Create price tags, key figures, evaluations, analyzes and statistics for international purchasing F&V/F&P and the national Purchasing Manager
•    Train new employees
•    Process inquiries from international purchasing and the national purchasing manager
•    Participate in process optimization.

What you’ll need

•    University Degree (Economics, Accounting, Controlling, Commercial Area)
•    Fluent English
•    German is an advantage (language courses will be provided by the company)
•    Solid communications and presentation skills
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
•    Ability to identify and resolve conflicts
•    Address the needs of internal/external customers or interfaces
•    Have a cost-benefit, performance-oriented working style
•    High sense of responsibility
•    Active Driver (Driving License B Category)

* Training period of approximately 3 months abroad.
