Quality Assurance Declarations & Translation Administrator

What you’ll do

• Data collection, archive maintenance and filing, analytical reports, supplier audits and official complaints;
• Communication with suppliers for the creation of department-specific documentation (e.g. statements, complaints, etc.);
• Creation and processing of customer concern statistics for purchasing food, non-food, fruit and vegetables; including online) including regular reporting, customer feedback and compensation;
• Support in QA results control, evaluation, documentation, analytics, audits;
• Preparation and/or participation in internal expert tastings;
• Support in quality control of meat, fish, wine, or other product groups;
• Support in risk assessment for critical customer complaints, analytical results, audit results, supplier reports, agency reports and general product problems;
• Checking declaration and equipment compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and fulfillment of consumer expectations;
• Communication with suppliers, institutes and lawyers regarding food law and other technical issues;
• Contact person to packaging managers, purchasing managers and other areas of quality assurance;
• Creation of key figures, evaluations and statistics;
• Ensuring translated content of documents is correct

What you’ll need

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years’ work experience
• You are a team player who likes to work conceptually on process improvements but also hands-on in a team
• You think analytically and work with all common Office applications
• Fluent English and Macedonian
• Good German is preferred / Of course the company will provide intensive language courses
• Driving License B-category
• Training abroad for a period of 3 months provided by the company
