Your Profile
What you’ll do
• Conduct Tender design services and lead the work with design teams with coordination with the other related teams
• Supervise the construction of sites and participate in construction progress meetings with designers and main contractors
• Conduct disposition of the inventory equipment related to the buildings
• Take active part in the handing over activities of finished buildings
• Monitor for construction defects from the beginning to the expiration of the warranty period
• Assist and support in the reorganization of the branches, management and leadership of the process in accordance with the construction directives
• Check the content and completeness of the data of invoices and verify that the types and categories of costs are correctly set.
What you’ll need
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
• BA degree - Construction engineer
• English language knowledge, German is an advantage
• MS Office package (Word, Advanced Excel)
• Driving license – B category active driver
