Your profile
What you’ll do
• Implement tender procedures and conclude contracts with vendors
• Manage negotiations with suppliers (e.g. price negotiations)
• Prepare, coordinate, process, and review contracts in the specialist area
• Plan, control, and optimize vendor-related costs
• Conduct research, analysis, and calculations related to procurement in the area of marketing, IT, etc.
• Create presentations on various topics
• Document tasks (contracts)
What you’ll need
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in procurement projects
• University degree (Preferably in Law, Economics, Electrical Engineering etc.)
• English language knowledge, German is an advantage
• MS Office package – advanced knowledge of Excel
• Driving license – B category, active driver
* This position includes a training period of approx. 1 month abroad.
