What you’ll do

•    Support in strategic cost planning for the entire marketing area
•    Assisting in creation and monitoring of KPIs
•    Assisting in ongoing control and monitoring of the marketing budget
•    Preparation and implementation of target/actual analysis and cost efficiency analysis
•    Documentation of the negotiation results
•    Support in the coordination of contracts
•    Monitoring of all promotional activities regarding the legal framework and obtaining legal advice if necessary
•    Organizational support for the marketing department

What you’ll need

•    University Degree (Economics is preferred)
•    Fluent English and Macedonian
•    Good German is preferred (Of course the company will provide intensive language courses)
•    Solid communications and presentation skills
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
•    Experience with cost-benefit analysis
•    High sense of responsibility
•    Driving License B-category (active driver)
•    Training abroad for a period of 3 months provided by the company
