Branding and Packaging Specialist

What you’ll do

•    Developing national and international artworks for sales packaging and shelf ready packaging, also regarding customer-oriented market and competition analyses
•    Ensuring timely artwork deadlines
•    Optimization of existing processes as well as implementation of new ones
•    Using and defining artwork and brand guidelines
•    Planning and organizing artwork projects
•    Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, e. g. QA department, advertising agencies and suppliers

What you’ll need

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, (packaging) engineering or related areas
•    At least 2 years of related experience preferably within a consumer-packaged goods environment or project management
•    Good English language skills, German language skills is preferable, or willingness to learn German (language courses provided by Lidl company)
•    Strong organisational skills and some experience in managing multiple changes or projects, with ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
•    Hands-on with a confident ‘can do’ attitude
•    Willingness to travel abroad for training up to 8 weeks
