Your profile

What you’ll do

•    Creation and regular adjustment of the documents arising from employment relations (employment contracts, annexes, resolutions related to employee’s rigetc.)
•    Compliance with labor law and support in the localization of project and observation and analysis of relevant legislation and jurisprudence
•    Modification and adjustment of internal employment law regulation
•    Advising Global Mobility on questions and documentation regarding labour, immigration and social security law
•    Development, operation and monitoring of the HR Compliance Management System , analysis of existing or potential HR compliance risks and creating measures to eliminate or reduce such risks
•    Coordination and support of the functional areas in the introduction of HR compliance controls and HR compliance measures
•    Advice on HR compliance-related issues and coordination and exchange with Employment Law and HR Compliance International

What you’ll need

•    University degree in Law
•    At least 1 years of previous professional experience in employment law and or HR compliance
•    Fluent English
