Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you’ll do

• Active participation in full recruitment cycle – communication with the candidates, position briefings, creation, and publication of job ads
• Giving your ideas and contribute to development and realization of an effective recruitment strategy
• Active search and correspondence with potential candidates       
• Active participation with hiring managers in the selection process and job interviews
• Giving your ideas in creation of the employer branding strategy and contributing in its implementation   
• Design and maintain the Career web page & Social media content and branded material
• Actively participate in organization of employer branding event and activities, job fairs etc.
• Cooperation with the Universities and Career centers   

What you’ll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Recruitment (experience in employer branding will be considerate as advantage)
• BA degree in HR, Economics, Social Science, Marketing, or other relevant area
• English language is a must
• MS Office package (Word, Excel, Visio)
