Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
What you’ll do
- Active participation in full recruitment cycle – communication with the candidates, position briefings, creation, and publication of job ads
- Giving your ideas and contribute to development and realization of an effective recruitment strategy
- Active search and correspondence with potential candidates
- Active participation with hiring managers in the selection process and job interviews
- Giving your ideas in creation of the employer branding strategy and contributing in its implementation
- Design and maintain the Career web page & Social media content and branded material
- Actively participate in organization of employer branding event and activities, job fairs etc.
- Cooperation with the Universities and Career centers
What you’ll need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Recruitment (experience in employer branding will be considerate as advantage)
- BA degree in HR, Economics, Social Science, Marketing, or other relevant area
- English language is a must
- MS Office package (Word, Excel, Visio)
