Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Management and coordination of team members in line with company principles
• Regular monitoring of compliance with applicable law and internal regulations
• Responsible for local implementation of the International Lidl Brand
• Preparation and elaboration of strategic marketing planning and annual campaign planning
• Planning, review and responsibility for tactical and operational marketing activities and communication measures in coordination with management and relevant departments
• Strategic analysis of competitors in the market
• Responsibility for the analysis and control of the media mix (ATL and BTL media)
• Monitoring and compliance with the marketing budget
• Approval of monthly reports, ex. the advertising budget, KPIs and important key figures
• Negotiations with strategic external suppliers and organization such as TV, radio, online, newspaper, printers, publishers, distribution companies, etc. and responsibility for the concluded agreements with them
• Strategic control and operational involvement in the execution of the agency's tasks

What you'll need 

• BA degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration etc.
• At least 4 years of professional experience,
• At least 2 years’ experience on a managerial position
• Developed communication skills
• Entrepreneurship and decision-making abilities
• Fluent English
• German is an advantage
• Driving license B category - active driver
• Willingness to travel abroad for at least 6 months for training purposes
