Your Profile
What you’ll do
• Participate in strategic marketing planning and annual campaign planning (considering the commercial positioning strategy)
• Support planning and conducting of a competition analyses
• Support planning and initiating ad-hoc analyses and national market research
• Conduct the overall organization and implementation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, loyalty campaigns, sponsorships, specific projects, events etc., and support planning of the media mix (ATL and BTL)
• Constantly monitor Lidl brand positioning in the country and ensure that it is in line with international standards
• Participate in selection and collaboration with creative agencies, creation of creative briefs, and collaboration with other external marketing service providers
• Assist in the creation and monitoring of KPIs and the marketing budget
What you’ll need
• 3+ years of professional experience in similar positions
• University degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public relations, Economics etc.)
• Driving license (active driver)
• Fluent Macedonian and English, German is considered as a plus
• Good understanding of the 360-degree media mix
• Great communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Positive approach towards problem solving
• Mobility for training abroad for a period of approx. 3 months
