The Corporate Governance Team is responsible for overseeing the management of processes, projects, risk, and administrative operations both in head offices and regional offices. With the aim of aligning these efforts with the company's overall mission, vision, and objectives, the team strives to ensure transparency and accuracy in all processes. The team also works to support the organization in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks while implementing efficient and technologically advanced administrative processes whenever feasible. Ultimately, the team is committed to ensuring that the right people are carrying out the right tasks and projects with precision.
