Real Estate Project Manager

What you’ll do 

•    Ensuring high-quality,  and timely achievement of goals, and tasks;
•    Assisting in the coordination and control of ongoing projects;
•    Improving  and optimizing existing procedures and processes;
•    Searching for locations in compliance with the minimum criteria for population concentration and distribution, forecasting the possible turnover or assigning tasks to real estate brokers and companies.
•    Establishing good relations and negotiating  with stakeholders;
•    Conceptual development of projects on the properties (situational solutions, distribution of external and internal areas);
•    Conducting cost-effectiveness and investment planning analysis; 
•    Preparing the process, negotiating terms and all documentation required for purchase or lease;
•    Managing, planning and developing concepts for own sites for additional use or alternative development.

What you'll need

•    Experience with urban planning procedures;
•    Deep knowledge of the real estate market;
•    Solving problem ability;
•    Cost-benefit thinking;
•    At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate;
•    Fluent in Macedonian and English;
•    Knowledge of German language is advantage;
•    University degree;
•    Driving license (active driver);
•    Willingness to travel across the country;
•    Readiness to be relocated.
