What you’ll do:
- Monitoring the atmosphere in the organization, the employees’ mood, and satisfaction by conducting conversations with employees
- Reporting of consultations, recurring topics and best practice in the internal system
- Analysis of results and key figures (people KPIs) and derivation of measures in coordination with relevant departments managers
- Support and advice employees (mediation if necessary) or managers on personnel-related topics
- Participation in employee-related events
- Conducting exit interviews and corresponding analytics and presentation of results
- Coordination of projects for employees’ engagement
- Assisting the talent management team in different activities and performing other tasks on request of the manager in the field of Talent Management & Employee Engagement
What you’ll need:
- BA Degree, preferably in human resources or psychology
- At least 3 years of professional experience (preferably in HR)
- Knowledge of HR KPIs is an advantage
- Fluent English
- Driving license B category – active driver
- Willingness for frequent travel in the country and abroad
