What you’ll do
• Managing and training store employees in accordance with the company principles and leadership model, setting goals, delegating tasks to them and promoting their professional and personal development.
• Ensuring a positive and motivating working atmosphere and efficient collaboration.
• Ensuring correct inventory levels, performing regular inventory checks, maintaining and updating shelf stock levels and introducing optimization measures if necessary.
• Regular quality controls and product rotation and ensuring the freshness concept in accordance with applicable law and internal regulations.
• Carrying out financial statistics, planning store sales and productivity and continuous analysis of key figures and appropriate measures to achieve goals for the store.
What you'll need
• Completed secondary education; University degree is an advantage
• Previous work experience is nice to have
• Fluent Macedonian
• English is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Driving license B category – active driver
• Results-oriented working style and problem-solving mindset
• Entrepreneurship and decision-making abilities
• Ability to give constructive feedback and delegate activities
• Mobility for training abroad for approx. 12 months
