What you’ll do
- Responsibility for effective operations and sales results of stores
- Selection, leading, development and motivation up to 100 store employees in assigned sales district
- Analysis and optimization of operational processes of the stores
- Planning and evaluation key sales figures in assigned sales district
- Assurance of continuous store compliance, company policies and procedures
What you’ll need
- BA degree is mandatory
- Nice to have 2 years’ working experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly goal-focused approach
- Developed communication skills
- Entrepreneurship and decision-making abilities
- Excellent English
- German is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel etc.)
- Driving license B category – active driver
- Willingness to travel abroad to different countries (18-24 months)
