What you’ll do
• Management and development of the employees, setting team goals and creation of suitable conditions for fulfillment of the tasks time accordingly
• Development and optimization of the processes connected with quality assurance
• Organization of product testing, incl. analytics, sensory as well as audit planning. Risk assessment of general product problems
• Activities connected with products labels
• Organizing and control of customer related concerns
• Ongoing review of legal changes in the country and providing information, measures and creating national guidelines
• Market observation and following market trends, legal monitoring and continuous improvement
• Communication with authorities, customers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders
What you’ll need
• BA degree – Technology faculty, Faculty for agriculture, Food safety оr other relevant faculty
• At least 4 years’ experience in the field
• Good knowledge of local law requirements regarding food and non-food products and their safety
• Fluent English
• German is an advantage
• MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Driving license – active driver
• Willingness to travel for a training abroad for a period of 6-12 months
