Your profile

What you’ll do
• Participate and provide support in the management, organization and control of all processes in procurement and supply chain.
• In charge and responsible for checking and processing data.
• Daily communication with foreign forwarders, transporters, cross-docks, suppliers.
• Participate in the coordination of work and logistical processes and information flow with process-related departments.
• Checking the compliance of the goods loaded onto the truck with the accompanying documentation, checking the correctness of the documentation (delivery note, invoice, EUR 1, veterinary certificate).
• Announcing imported goods to competent inspections at border crossings and forwarders at border crossings.
• Translation of invoices and preparation of a set of documentation for customs clearance of goods.
• Preparation of requests for import permits.
• Organization and monitoring of international transport (if needed).
• Keeping records and monitoring deadlines for the delivery of goods in international logistics.
• Creating an order for the freight forwarder for the customs clearance procedure.• Be willing to support your team by physical work (picking of goods, driving forklifts, loading, etc.)

What you’ll need
• University degree – preferably in the field of Forwarding and/or Foreign trade, Customs or similar
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Fluent English and Macedonian
• German is an advantage/ Of course the company will provide intensive language courses
• Willingness to learn and build long-term relationships
• Ability to address the needs of internal/external customers
• Willingness to travel abroad for a training for at least 1 month
• Driving license – B category (active driver)
