Food Campaign Team Manager

What you’ll do

• Professional and personnel management of the food promotion area;
• Planning, managing and monitoring the food promotion area;
• Responsibility for the promotion dates;
• Market analysis and competitor observations;
• Determining and monitoring sales prices on an ongoing basis;
• Processing international purchasing goods contracts;
• Checking and approving declarations in coordination with the QA department and the applicable legal regulations;
• Ensuring smooth and ongoing communication and coordination with the affected departments (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing);
• Analyzing key figures for the promotional items / promotion dates and define action measures;
• Leadership of employees in accordance with the corporate principles and the management model;
• Ensuring a positive and motivating working atmosphere as well as smooth, effective and efficient cooperation.

What you’ll need

• Academic degree;
• At least 4 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years of project experience;
• Valid driving license;
• Fluent English; German would be an advantage, or willingness to learn German at a fast pace (language courses provided by the company);
• Quality awareness and cost-benefit way of thinking;
• Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement;
• Interest on the retail and food market;
• High affinity for key figures and analytical skills;
• Willingness to travel broad for training up to 12 months (expenses for regular home visits are covered by the company)
