What you’ll do
• Compliant processing of customs, foreign trade, import duties and excise duties tasks for the entire cross-border movement of goods with all other related tasks and activities.
• Internal contact person for all customs and foreign trade issues.
• Observance and fulfillment of all legal regulations and internal company guidelines and identifying customs risks.
• Determines tariff codes for goods in customs procedure.
• Prepares customs declarations for all customs procedures.
• Exchange of information with the competent customs office through the NCTS system.
• Process applications and permits from the EXIM electronic permit system.
• Prepares other documents related to the procedures for customs clearance of goods.
• Contacts with customs authorities and inspectors from different institutions regarding import/export of goods.
• Follows laws and regulations regarding customs operations.
• Organization and implementation of employees training in all customs-relevant areas.
• Ongoing communication with the operational organizational or functional areas of purchasing and goods processing.
• Contact person for customs issues.
What you’ll need
• University degree – bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar.
• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Mobility for training abroad for approx. 9-12 months
• Fluent English and Macedonian.
• German is an advantage/Of course company will provide intensive language courses.
• Teamwork skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Driving license B category – active driver .
